It's a long story, but Koko once served as a nurse in a Mexican emergency ward. And the stories she can tell. Outside the cases of swine flu, Koko also attended to the usual fare of Saturday night domestic squabbles with the resultant stab wounds along with a plethora of attempted gangland slayings.
